Order making time

The order will be made and sent within 7 working days. In case of a surge in holiday orders, it may be extended. If there is an extension, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

The international transportation period varies from 5-14 working days, and the delivery time will be extended in remote areas.
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.
Under normal circumstances, the courier will deliver the package to your door. In special circumstances, such as remote areas, it will be delivered to the post office/pick-up point. If there is delivery to the post office or pick-up point, we will inform you of the pick-up information by email. Please pay more attention to your email information and spam at that time.

What are duties and taxes and who pays them?

Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.
Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. FISTUDIO cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to FISTUDIO and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
